Park Runs take place every Saturday at 9am and are free.
Our nearest runs are in Brockwell Park, Burgess Park and Peckham Rye. Although it is 5km, and you can run to beat your personal best each week, you can also walk round or volunteer to be a marshall. It's a great way to exercise and build up fitness. Staff at the surgery are planning to take part in a local Park Run on the first Saturday of each month, if not more, so we hope to see you there! See Course page for more details.
